Ghislaine Noelle Marion Maxwell, was born December 25th, 1961, in France. Following the death of her father in 1991, she moved to New York where she met, and dated, Jeffrey Epstein.
Ghislaine was the founder of “Kit Kat Women’s Club”, which was more than likely used as a trafficking or scouting operation to find young girls. She also founded another project called TerraMarr. A non-profit initiative to clean the worlds oceans.
Like other non-profits used by traffickers, the foundation was only a front to launder dirty money as “donations”, and pay for services involving trafficking, like buying children.
She has denied all involvement in Epstein’s trafficking ring, as well as other crimes. However, it seems like she was the one running the trafficking rings. Since Epstein died in prison, she has kept a pretty low profile. Also, TerraMarr was quickly liquidated and shut down following his death.
High Profile Procurer
Ghislaine operated as a “Madam” for Jeffrey Epstein. The job of a madam is to bring their high profile clients young girls or boys. Basically the female version of a Pimp. She would also train young girls on how to please men, including giving them lessons on different sex acts, fetishes, and taught them what to wear so that they looked even younger.
There are over 100 victims of Epstein that have come forward, most of which claim to have been procured by Ghislaine. One of the more outspoken ones being Virginia Roberts Giuffre.
The larger child trafficking operations take place in the United States, Britain, and Australia. With Ghislaine operating through Epstein they could connect the British and United States rings.
She also has a license to fly, and operate a submarine, which is important knowing the island, owned by Epstein, had ports for both. Additionally, the island was used to blackmail prominent figures, usually politicians. The Standard Hotel chain was also used to facilitate the sale of children, prostitute the children, and blackmail influential figures. (I will cover that later and link it here)
Being the daughter of Robert Maxwell also paid off, as she had access to the Royal Family, and Intelligence Agencies, like Israeli Mossad and British MI6. She can be seen in photos with very powerful people, like Prince Andrew.

The father of Ghislaine, Robert Maxwell, was in the British military, making it to the rank of Captain by the end of World War II. He later became involved in Israel, and began buying multiple media companies. The largest of which being the Mirror Publishing Group in Britain.
Additionally he had two terms in British Parliament giving him access to British Intelligence Agency MI6. However, it is believed he may have been a spy for Mossad in Israel, since he helped them smuggle airplane parts following World War 2.
He is also the center of the “Maxwell Scandal”. There were 450 million British Pounds missing from his companies pension funds. The majority of the money had come from foreign investors. He attempted to go after Israel, which may have led to his death. He allegedly died from falling overboard while on his yacht, which he named the “Lady Ghislaine”, on November 5th, 1991.
Her mother, Elisabeth Maxwell, was an author who wrote about the Holocaust and Genocide Studies in 1987. She passed away in 2013.
