Anthony (Tony) Dean Rodham is the youngest brother of Hillary Clinton. He was born August 8th, 1954, and died on June 7th, 2019, at the age of 64. He use to work for the DNC, and was the CEO of an investment firm called Gulf Coast Funds Management.
A cause of death has yet to be announced, and he never had a funeral service. There was an obituary made however, here is the full Tony Rodham Obituary. It was published by the Rodham Institute, which is named after his mother, Dorothy Emma Howell-Rodham.
His father, Hugh Ellsworth Rodham, was a Mob Boss in Chicago. He, along with Dan Rostenkowski, ran the Chicago Mob after the death of Al Capone.

Haitian Gold Mine
In 2012, VCS became one of the two companies that was granted a permit allowing them to mine in Morne Bossa, Haiti (map). The second was a Canadian company owned by Majescor, called Somine SA. These were the first two mining permits granted in the last 50 years.
Tony was added to the Directory Board of a company called VCS Mining, in October of 2013. The President of VCS, Angelo Viard, met Tony at a meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative. Viard paid a membership fee of $20,000 to attend the meetings.
More than $22 million was promised in order to break ground, but the mine was never even started. According the Washington Post, there is only a small piece of pvc pipe where the mine should be. Tony stated that the money would come from the Clinton Foundation.

Tony used his step-brother, Bill Clinton, to pardon Ed and Vonna Jo Gregory in 2000. They were the owners of Brentwood Carnival, and were prosecuted for bank fraud in 1982. Clinton pardoned them despite objections from the Department of Justice.

The couple were Clinton donors for years, donating thousands to Bill Clinton for his Presidential races. Tony lobbied $434,000, which he claims to have paid back in lobbying services, in order to get the pardon accepted. Tony was hired by the Gregory couple in 1997 as a consultant, and was paid $250,000 to get the pardon accepted.

In 2010, Bill Clinton secured a job for Tony lobbying investments for Greentech Automotives, which deals with electric cars and green energy.
Terry McAuliffe, an avid Clinton supporter, owned Greentech at the time. Both Tony and Terry were sued by 27 Chinese investors. They lied to the investors several times, and promised them Visa passports for half of the usual price. Investors were charged $500,000, but did not recieve the benefits they were promised. The Chief Financial Officer of Huawei, Meng Wanzhou, was expedited to the United States to be tried for fraud. Huawei is a chinese company guilty of spying on the United States, and stealing technology.

McAuliffe would later pass a bill allowing felons the right to vote, which swung the 2016 election for the state of Virginia over to Hillary Clinton. This bill also allowed convicted pedophile, Nathan Larson, to run for Congress.

Tony also owed back child support and alimony, roughly $140,000, to his ex-wife Nicole Boxer.
There was another failed venture in the Republic of Georgia, in which Tony was trying to export hazelnuts from the region. The term “hazelnut” can also be referring to children of color. It typically refers to children of middle eastern, or muslim, descent. The Republic of Georgia is between Russia and Turkey, and has access to the sea.
